Bob
My journey in the haunted attraction industry began in 2004. A friend who worked at a local haunted house invited me out one night. My plan was simply to walk through the attraction and hang around for a couple of hours afterward. Instead, I was asked if I wanted to step in and act. I said yes, and that one decision ended up changing the course of my life.
Over the next several years, I immersed myself in every aspect of the operation. I learned attraction management, actor training, guest experience, safety procedures, construction, and day-to-day operations. Within three or four years, I had worked my way into a management role, overseeing staff, helping coordinate seasonal operations, and contributing to the long-term growth of the attraction.
As my involvement grew, I was given the opportunity to help at TransWorld’s Halloween & Attractions Show. I've been involved with TransWorld ever since, working alongside industry leaders and helping support some of the most important events in our industry. Those experiences have allowed me to build relationships across the haunted attraction community and gain a broader understanding of what makes attractions successful.
Most recently, my family and I took the leap and opened our own haunted attraction. Owning and operating our own event has been both challenging and incredibly rewarding, and it has given me a new appreciation for every aspect of this business. More than twenty years after that first night, I'm still passionate about this industry and excited to continue contributing to it for many years to come.

Hey there! I’m Jason and my obsession with all things spooky started in southeastern Wisconsin where I was born and raised.
As a kid, movies like Alligator, Maniac Cop, and Child’s Play absolutely terrified me—but instead of running away, I fell in love with the genre. From the absolute worst B-movie disasters to all-time classics like John Carpenter's 1978 masterpiece Halloween and the 1984 Ghostbusters, I’ve seen it all.
When I’m not binging horror movies, you can find me diving into comic books, playing video games, or cosplaying at comic cons.
My life changed recently when I told my close friend, Bob, that I'd help him out with his new haunted house. That one favor completely changed my life forever. Now, I’m deeply involved in the haunted house industry as a scare actor and an attendee of Halloween, Christmas, and Interactive Tradeshows.
I can’t wait to explore this wild industry even more and share every terrifying and exciting moment with all of you on the podcast!
Jeremy

Picture this. A young boy, born and raised in the heavy, sun-drenched air of Tampa, Florida. His name is Jeremy. And like many youth in that part of the world, he spent his formative years being thoroughly... brainwashed. Not by the world, mind you, but by theme parks.
If a place had a roller coaster scraping the sky, a costumed character shaking hands, or a themed adventure ride promising a great escape... Jeremy was there. Not once. Not twice. But multiple times a year.
Now, that kind of exposure to high-level escapism, it does something to a young mind. It breeds a habit. An obsession, really, with movies and television. And that obsession inevitably led to a camera being placed in his hands, back when he was still young... and, well, let's just say, beautifully naive.
The Early Years
His early cinematic masterpieces didn’t have grand budgets. No, they had something better: raw enthusiasm.

The Trampoline Chronicles: Filming his friends performing highly questionable tricks, defying both logic and safety.

The Clubhouse Tests: Documenting the unforgiving laws of gravity on a rope swing, attached to a structure that was, definitively, not built to code.
But as you can imagine, the injuries began to pile up. And when the bruises got too deep, they made a wise pivot. They turned to movie spoofs. Safer for the bones, better for the soul.
A Change of Scenery
Eventually, a man grows. He changes. Jeremy traded that relentless Florida heat for the bitter, biting winds of Wisconsin winters. Some might call it crazy. I call it a fresh chapter.
Today, you see, Jeremy has become a sort of technical Swiss Army Knife. The man behind the curtain. He handles the filming, the editing, the lighting, the set building, the audio recording... and just about whatever else needs fixing when the world starts to fray at the edges.
And when he isn't trapped in the quiet sanctuary of the production studio? Well, four months out of the year, you can find him hanging out with his local haunt family. He’s either building terrifying sets, or standing in the dark... scaring strangers, just for the pure, simple joy of it.
That’s Jeremy. A man shaped by the sun, hardened by the winter, and still capturing the magic.
